May 2024 Prayer Requests from Bob and Susan Engel

My three prayer requests are the same ones as Aprils prayer requests. These are "big ticket" items needing much prayer: 

Praise. May 3, we will commission 12 new Evangel Deans all from Africa - Kenya, Tanzania, South Sudan, Nigeria, Malawi, and Zimbabwe. The commissioning service, like the training, will be done by Zoom.  

One of our FY25 goals is an initiative we are calling "Year of the Church Plant School." We primarily equip church plant movement leaders to facilitate their own church plant schools for their church planters but, we are, for a season, going to facilitate church plant schools for church plant teams here in the U.S. Pray as we update our training curriculum and our format for training. 

June 24-25, I will be facilitating a Leaders Summit for our key Evangel Dean Catalysts and our TUMI Satellite Directors. They will come from Tanzania, Kenya, India, Bangladesh, Latin America, and the US. This will include church plant movement leaders working with Returning Citizens and inside the prisons. Matt and Ashley Thomas will be in attendance as well as Charles Anderson. Begin to pray now for wisdom and the Spirits moving as we discuss bringing the Gospel to the uttermost parts of the world in communities of poverty. 

June 25-26, I will be facilitating a Missions Conference. The theme is, "Your Kingdom Come: Friendship for Great Commission Advancement." Begin to pray now as I lead the committee and that the Lord of the Harvest would stir the right people to attend. I would love it, if some of you were able to attend.
