July 2020 Update from Abel and Sarah Miller
Thank you for your continued prayers. We pray you all are doing well in this time, turning your eyes to the Lord each day. What a great opportunity to be in God’s Word, seeking truth, allowing Him to calm our fears and frustrations, and trusting that He’ll keep working in us to be a light in this dark world.
We finished up homeschooling last week and are grateful for the summer break now. Abel continues to work on translating the Swahili curriculum, that he was a part of developing, into English so that it can be checked by a consultant. He is also working on editing an English chronological Bible teaching curriculum that will be used globally.
Abel and I were able to sit down the other day and come up with a plan for the rest of our furlough. We are looking forward to visiting a lot of churches and individuals over the next seven months. Please contact us if you want more specifics on our travel plans.
Our paperwork has been resubmitted to the government. Please be praying for patience as we wait for the outcome and for favor from the government.
Please be praying for safety for our friends and for our coworkers in Tanzania during this time.
We praise God that we have been able to get some rest and have been able to get out a bit and enjoy his creation
It’s almost like wake-boarding…
Enjoying the country road we live on by running, walking, biking, and rip sticking almost daily.
