November 2020 Prayer Needs from Travis and Natasha Phillips
Dear brothers and sisters in the Lord Jesus,
Thank you for setting aside a few minutes to pray for our upcoming ministry in the Philippines and for this time of field preparation.
Please pray for Natasha as she prepares to teach on Daniel chapter 11. Pray that the Holy Spirit would guide her in her studies of the book and speak through her as she writes and delivers the message.
Please pray for Travis as he works through his online New Testament Greek course. He is “swimming in the deep end” and thankful that his past Greek teacher is helping him “keep his head above water.” Please pray for God’s grace in these studies, as we believe it will be very beneficial in Bible translation in the years ahead.
Please pray for both of us as we continue in our Visayan language studies for the Philippines, prepare logistically for moving overseas, parent our two little girls and seek opportunities to share about our upcoming ministry with potential ministry partners. Praise the Lord that He continues to provide bountifully for our family.
Finally, please continue to pray for the re-opening of the borders to the Philippines, and for our ability to acquire long-term visas, and pray that the Lord would already be softening the hearts of those we will be ministering to, challenging false worldviews and preparing them for the true gospel of grace in Jesus.
God is good in every season! Thank you for praying for these things!
