March 2022 Prayer Needs from Travis and Natasha Phillips

We hope you are doing well, spending time in God’s word, and trusting in Him for all things. Thanks for your prayers as we’ve made the transition from the U.S. to Manila to Mindanao guesthouse and now soon to our own house. It has been a real blessing to interact with locals here as we tackle many projects before moving into our rental house. Rental homes are stripped bare and come with various issues that need fixing. We’ve been really blessed with a few workers that have made this process go much quicker than anticipated. Please pray for good relationships to come from these initial weeks of interaction with the workers. Praise the Lord with us that our house setup has moved quickly, and we should be able to move in by the time you’re reading this! Praise that we’ve had a wonderful time in both guesthouses.Please pray for us and our family back home as we all miss spending time with each other.Please pray for wisdom in preparing our kids for the formal language program schedule, and for God’s grace in the process of learning language and understanding the many levels of culture.

Please also pray that the Lord would bring us the right language teacher for us and other new missionary families coming to our region this year.
