Nov 2022 Prayer Needs from Travis and Natasha Phillips

Thank you for your continued prayers for our family and the ministry that the Lord has graciously led us to. We hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with family and/or friends. This month we are very excited to share that we have family coming to visit us in the Philippines! They will spend three weeks with us, including Christmas day! Please pray for safe travels for them and for us to as we drive to pick them up at the airport which is a few hours away from our home. Please pray for health for all of us, so we can fully enjoy our time together and take them out to different places in our region. Sickness has been a near constant these past several months, but by the grace of God we continue to progress in language and culture learning. Natasha and I started with new language helpers in the last week of November, because it is important to learn from a variety of native speakers to get the language well. Please pray for these new working relationships to become good friendships, and for opportunity to share Christ and/or impart spiritual truth to our new language helpers. Another praise is that we developed solid friendships with our previous language helpers, and we've been able to share our lives with them and they have felt comfortable enough to open up their hearts to us. As we reflect on 2022, there have been so many blessings and trials, and in it all, the Lord has shown Himself gracious and faithful. Thank you for your prayers and support this past year. We wish you a very merry Christmas as you remember the birth of Jesus and joyfully anticipate His return.

Hark! The herald angels sing
"Glory to the new-born king
Peace on earth and mercy mild
God and sinners reconciled"

"For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.” (Luke 19:10)

In Christ,

Travis and Natasha
