December 2021 Prayer Needs from Bob and Susan
I pray that your Thanksgiving was refreshing and filled with good food and family. The Engels had a small Thanksgiving as Mihaly was tested positive for Covid on Wednesday. Here symptoms are mild but, to be cautious, no other family came over. The bright side...lots of extra food for me :). Below are my December Prayer Requests:
The International Dean Training to have taken place, January 30 - February 3 at ABC, has been postponed because interview dates at their respected Embassy were not able to be scheduled in time due to Covid backlog. For example, our Liberian leader isn't scheduled for his Visa interview until October 2022. All are committed to coming in 2022. Please pray for interview dates to be scheduled sooner in 2022 and that God's hand of favor will be upon them granting approval.
January 1 we begin our 2021/2022 3rd Quarter goals. Pray for me this month as I seek clear direction as to what initiatives, resources, and connections the Lord of the Harvest would have us do to aggressively move forward in our vision to see a healthy church planted in every community of poverty here and around the world.
December 6-8, I will be in Chicago for the CM2 (Campus to Church) Summit. Please pray for wisdom as I continue to give input and to receive insight as to our involvement to equip and connect campus graduates of Christian ministries who have a call to relocate into communities of poverty and church plant.
Pray that the Engel's would be drawn closer to God in Christ Jesus and pray for me as I work with these leaders of movements.
