Oct 2022 Update from Abel and Sarah
The children are doing well at school. They seem to be more serious about their studies this year. They are also enjoying playing sports. Here are some prayer requests from them:
Andrew:
-That I would continue to understand what I am learning in school.
-That I would be a better leader.
Heidi:
-That my broken toe would heal quickly.
-That I would be able to keep up with my schoolwork.
Pacey:
-That I would have a good school year.
-That we would be safe while living here.
Here are some more prayer requests from Abel and I.
Abel:
-That I would be listening to our kid's questions and patiently and prayerfully answer them.
-That we would be paying careful attention to what God is doing, and quickly align our plans to His.
-That the Church in Tanzania would find guidance and understand their identity from Gods word
-That I would be sensitive to the Lords leading while preparing for and speaking at an upcoming mission conference. That I would be brave and say exactly what the Lord wants.
Sarah:
-Pray that in everything I do, I would do it for the Lord and not for the approval of man.
-wisdom in parenting/conversations
-daily, sometimes minutely, renewal of my mind, dwelling on truth and God’s Word
We thank our Heavenly Father for you. We thank Him that we get to serve Him here in Tanzania. Thank you for making it possible for us to be here through your prayers and financial gifts.
Love, Sarah for the Millers
