Oct 2022 Prayer Needs Luke and Jessica Thek

We would love prayer for:

Culture and language study. Right now we are in full-time culture and language study of the national culture and language. Pray the lord would give us diligence and language ability as well as opportunity to minister to our language helpers. Luke’s language helper Elijah seems to be really spiritually open right now and wants to come to church with us. Pray he can have a clear understanding of the gospel.

Our future coworkers. When we are done with culture and language study we will be looking to form a team with other families that want to partner with us to go into a tribal location. Pray the Lord would guide us as we look to see who would be a good fit for us to partner with.

Our families back home. Some of luke’s family don’t follow Jesus and We would love to see those in Jess’s family grow in their faith

Our marriage. The lord has blessed us with a great marriage but we do not want to cease praying for it because we continue to see many divorces and marriage struggles with our friends.

That we would keep our walk with Jesus a priority
