November 2020 Prayer Needs from Bob and Susan Engel

Here are my prayer requests for November:

Thank you for your prayers for the Lily Foundation grant.  We received notification that our proposal was not accepted.  Though this was not that answer we wanted we recognize His will has been done.  We are still convinced the harvest is plentiful among the poor and we will press forward to catalyze, coach, convene, certify, and consult with church planting movements.  Please continue to pray for God's provision.      

Returning Citizen Church Planting Movement update.  The Genesis Project (TGP), a vision of Matt Thomas, a Returning Citizen, continues to move forward.  Please pray for wisdom, clarity of location (Colorado is the primary location), partners, and that the Holy Spirit would begin to prepare the incarcerated individuals for Matt to identify for TGP.     

The Evangel School of Urban Church Planting, Dean Training online has been postponed again.  We are now looking at the beginning of 2021.  Please pray for the individuals that are seeking to be certified to facilitate Evangel Schools in their context for their church plant teams.  Pray for peace and grace as they anxiously wait.       

Each Quarter I seek the Lord for key objectives He would want me to pursue.  Here are the objectives and key results for the 2nd Quarter (ends December 31, 2020:    I.     Strengthen and Expand Evangel Network
CONSULTATION. Consult with 2 church planting movement partners to discover strategic advantage for their vision
COACHING. Design a certification path for Evangel Coaches.
CERTIFICATION. Identify and assist 1 partner to design their credentialing process for their emerging leaders
CONVENING. Prep details with the Evangel Gathering Committee and TUMI Project Team for the Evangel Gathering set for May 13-15, 2021
CATALYZING. Identify and recruit 25 new Evangel Deans (partners) to register for the Evangel Dean School
Pursue and secure 3 M.O.U.'s with emerging, developing, and mature church planting movements
Increase financial support by 10% from the same quarter last year

That the Engels would be drawn closer to God in Christ Jesus.
