March 2021 Prayer Needs from Bob and Susan

Greetings ABC Church,

Here are my March prayer requests, primarily The Evangel School of Urban Church Planting, Dean Training has officially started. First, join me in giving thanks to the Lord of the Harvest. He has answered our specific prayer request to equip 25 leaders of church planting movements. In His goodness, He gave us an extra 3 for good measure. Twenty-eight Dean candidates from 12 different denominations, networks, and associations of churches ((Prisoners for Christ, Evangelical Covenant Church, Charismatic Episcopal Church, Acts 29, North American Mission Board, to name a few), four countries (Canada, Kenya, India, and Bangladesh), and nine U.S. states are being trained to host and equip their church planters in their context. I ask that you would please pray that the Holy Spirit would grant the leaders a clear mind and focused attention on the 7 weeks online training.

Second, to continue to pray for wisdom and favor as I cast vision and opportunity to other leaders of church planting movements. Here is an update from last month's request for prayers with two new additions and their MOU status: Bishop Walter Harvey - President of the National Black Fellowship of the Assemblies of God. Follow-up meeting set for March with Dr. Davis.Paul Lessard - Executive Minister of Start and Strengthen Churches with the Evangelical Covenant Church. The MOU was accepted and now going to the President to be signed. Joseph Biswas - Founder and President Global Bangla Mission. Church planting in U.S., Canada, and Bangladesh. Working on an MOU to form Bengali Network. David Hernandez - Operation Evangel: Cuba and Mexico. MOU is about ready to be signed to equip key leaders in the 1,600 Prison Chaplaincy program to facilitate Evangel Schools of Urban Church Planting. Matt Thomas - Freedom Initiative Ministries. We are moving forward in our MOU to establish a TUMI Satellite in preparation for the church planters coming out of The Genesis Project (TGP). Bony Baroi - Evangelical Revival Bangla Church. We are working on the equipping of 100 evangelist/church planters to be chartered through our Evangel training. Pray that our Family would be drawn closer to God in Christ Jesus. Pray for me that I continue to stay hungry and clear on the vision for a healthy church in every community of poverty here and around the world.
